Physical activity of a student give him a chance to become very strong and full of energy in his future life. If a student is time to play in his school time he proves his success in every aspect of life just like study as well as games. Physical education gives students to prove their ability in his life for better working person. We must consider why physical education is essential for students physical and mentally development. When students is very active in games and sports he takes interest in his every activity of surroundings and become very energetic in every way. Teacher should always think about the Welfare of students and make them very strong for facing the challenges of life in future. Games and sports give very great chances to student for becoming a very study and challenging person for a good successful life.
