बहुराष्ट्रीय कम्पनियों का जाल दिन प्रतिदिन फैलता जा रहा है प्रमुख आर्थिक शक्ति बनने के लिए सभी बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनियां अपनी तरफ से ऐसी कोशिश कर रही है कि छोटे से छोटा खुदरा व्यापारी भी उनकी शिकंजे में आ जाए गली मोहल्ले में चलने वाली किरणों की दुकानों को इस जाल में फंसाया जा रहा है रिलायंस जियो वार्ड और फ्लिपकार्ट ऐसे को राष्ट्रीय कंपनियां हैं जो प्रमुख रूप से इस काम में लगी हुई है क्योंकि मैं चाहती हैं कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा खुदरा दुकानदार उनके नेटवर्क में जुड़े ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लाभ कमाया जा सके ऐसा मानना है कि जिओमार्ट ने अब तक पांच करोड़ दुकानदारों को अपने साथ जोड़ लिया है क्लिप भी सीखा में लगी है 50,000 खुदरा दुकानदारों को जोड़ चुकी है एक सूचना के अनुसार एसबीआई हिंदुस्तान यूनलीवर के साथ मिलकर एक करोड़ दुकानदारों को कर्ज देने के लिए राजी हो गई है ऐसा इसलिए ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग उनके द्वारा अनुबंधित हैं दुकानों से ही सामान खरीदें और ज्यादा से ज्यादा छूट प्राप्त करके उनको अपने अधीन कर लिया जाए जिओ कंपनी ने अप्रैल से लेकर अगस्त में विदेशी निवेश किए हैं उसका कारण केवल एक ही है कि भारत की विशाल जनसंख्या बहुत बड़ा बाजार है जो एक अवसर प्रदान करती है। जिस तरह की छोटे दुकानदारों को अपने नेटवर्क में जोड़ने के लिए की जो पहल चल रही है उसमें एसबीआई ने हिंदुस्तान युनिलीवर के साथ मिलकर खुदरा दुकानदारों को घर बैठे खर्च देने की मुहिम शुरू की है जिससे ज्यादा से ज्यादा दुकानदार उसकी नेटवर्क में शामिल हो गए क्योंकि पहले कंपनियां या बैंक दुकानदारों को उधार देने के लिए उसे कुछ गिरवी रखने की पहल करती थी परंतु अब दुकानदारों को 50000 से लेकर एक बड़ी रकम तक उधार मिल सकता है जो ओवरड्राफ्ट के रूप में बैंक उन्हें देगा।

ऐसा माना जाता है कि कंपनियों के इस प्रयास से ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा और करो ना नहीं बड़ी कंपनियों का नजरिया बदलने में बड़ी सहायता की है खुदरा व्यापारियों का व्यापार बढ़ने से सभी प्रकार के क्षेत्रों में करोड़ों रोजगार के अवसर पैदा होंगे ऐसा मानना है

आत्म निर्भर कैसे बने

आपने यह महसूस किया होगा कि यदि आप काम अपना निरंतरता से करते हैं और मन से करते हैं तो आप उस कार्य में निपुण हो जाते हैं परंतु सभी लोग कहते हैं कि आत्मनिर्भर बनो क्यों कहते हैं आत्मनिर्भर बनने से हमारी दूसरों के प्रति निर्भरता घट जाती है और खुद काम करने की इच्छा प्रबल रहती है किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के आधार पर अपने जीवन की संरचना करना गलत है इसे सबसे पहले इंसान को अपने जीवन में खुद काम करने की सोचनी चाहिए जिस काम करने के प्रति समझ पैदा करनी अनिवार्य है काम के प्रति रुचि होती है उस काम में उसका प्रभाव अच्छा बैठता है और वह उस काम को निपुणता से कर लेता है मेरा ऐसा मानना है कि लोग आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए जितनी कोशिश करते हैं वह बहुत ही अतुलनीय है क्योंकि ऐसा करना मानव जीवन के लिए अति आवश्यक है जैसी यदि आप काम करते हैं तो जिस काम में आपका जितना समय लगता है उतना कौशल या समझ लगती है इसके आधार पर निर्धारित होता है कि आप उस कार्य में कितना सफल होंगे सफलता का पैमाना व्यक्ति की अपनी सोच और समझ पर निर्भर करता है कुछ व्यक्ति 2 घंटे काम करके ही अपने जीवन को सफल मानते हैं कुछ व्यक्ति दिन के 20 घंटे काम कर ने के बाद भी संतुष्ट नहीं होते हैं कि उन्होंने सफलता अभी प्राप्त नहीं की हैआत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए आपके अंदर उर्जा होनी जरूरी है जिस काम के प्रति असीम ऊर्जा और इच्छा होती है उस काम को करने में आपको अत्यंत मजा भी आता है और आपको सुख की अनुभूति भी होती है किसी काम में यदि किसी को सुख प्राप्त हो रहा है तो उसका तात्पर्य यह है कि वह उस काम को करने के लिए किसी भी हद तक जा सकता है कुछ दिनों पहले खबर आई कि एक 80 साल की औरत महिला जो सारे दिन खाली बैठी रहती थी अपने पोते के कहने पर उसने सिलाई मशीन से छोटे-छोटे पोटली बनानी शुरू करें जो बहुत ही कलात्मक रूप से बनी होती थी और जिसको भी दिखाते थे वह उसको लेने के लिए आतुर हो जाता था उसके पोते ने उसकी बनी हुई पोटली को एक वेबसाइट बनाकर उस पर उस पर प्रदर्शित किया।

Most of the countries are in the category of development because they have set up best education system to meet their countryman a hard working and laborious citizen.due to hard work and sincerity and with the help of education the urbanization is increasing day by day.according to my view organisation is the real cause of education without education organisation is impossible.because service sector and manufacturing sectors are most active in urbanization while rural areas are only connected with the agricultural activities. Why people come to cities and Metropolitan cities. The clear reason is urbanisation because most of facilities are available in cities and Metropolitan cities and life becomes very comfortable after getting roads communication system and officers jobs and manufacturing now urbanization increases the speed of migration because people link villages for their betterment and find jobs in cities and they leave villages forever. This has been question MNR in every country the people are migrating from villages to cities in searching of jobs and better opportunities of their life.

Primary education is basic education

Primary education depends on the nature of education which is provided by teachers who do very hard work to make small children understand the matter with figures,graphs ,physical form of items and many things. the primary education starts girl child is admitted in school for basic knowledge and identification of physical items. small kids are taught with the help of drawing and painting which attracts the child attention and his full concentration. Alphabets in figures for primary 20 for every children. Intelligent and wise children understand figures,words and sentence easily.

REAL Education

काफी समय से दादी की तबियत खराब थी . घर पर ही दो नर्स उन की देखभाल करतीं थीं . डाक्टरों ने भी अपने हाथ उठा दिए थे और कहा था कि जो भी सेवा करनी है कर लीजिये . दवाइयां अपना काम नहीं कर रहीं हैं .

उसने घर में बच्चों को होस्टल से बुला लिया . काम के कारण दोनों मियां बीबी काम पर चले जाते . दोनों बच्चे बार-बार अपनी दादी को देखने जाते . दादी ने आँखें खोलीं तो बच्चे दादी से लिपट गए .

'दादी ! पापा कहते हैं कि आप बहुत अच्छा खाना बनाती हैं . हमें होस्टल का खाना अच्छा नहीं लगता . क्या आप हमारे लिए खाना बनाओगी ?'

नर्स ने बच्चों को डांटा और बाहर जाने को कहा . अचानक से दादी उठी और नर्स पर बरस पड़ीं .

'आप जाओ यहाँ से . मेरे बच्चों को डांटने का हक़ किसने दिया है ? खबरदार अगर बच्चों को डांटने की कोशिश की !'

'कमाल करती हो आप . आपके लिए ही तो हम बच्चों को मना  किया . बार-बार आता है तुमको देखने और डिस्टर्ब करता है . आराम भी नहीं करने देता .'

'अरे! इनको देखकर मेरी आँखों और दिल को कितना आराम मिलता है तू क्या जाने ! ऐसा कर मुझे जरा नहाना है . मुझे बाथरूम तक ले चल .'

नर्स हैरान थी .

कल तक तो दवाई काम नहीं कर रहीं थी और आज ये चेंज .

सब समझ के बाहर था जैसे . नहाने के बाद दादी ने नर्स को खाना बनाने में मदद को कहा . पहले तो मना किया फिर कुछ सोचकर वह मदद करने लगी .

खाना बनने पर बच्चों को बुलाया और रसोई में ही खाने को कहा .

'दादी ! हम जमीन पर बैठकर खायेंगे आप के हाथ से, मम्मी तो टेबल पर खाना देती है और खिलाती भी नहीं कभी .'

दादी के चेहरे पर ख़ुशी थी . वह बच्चों के पास बैठकर उन्हें खिलाने लगी .

बच्चों ने भी दादी के मुंह में निबाले दिए . दादी की आँखों से आंसू बहने लगे .

'दादी ! तुम रो क्यों रही हो ? दर्द हो रहा है क्या ? मैं आपके पैर दबा दूं .'

'अरे! नहीं, ये तो बस तेरे बाप को याद कर आ गए आंसू, वो भी ऐसे ही खाताा था मेरे हाथ से .

*पर अब कामयाबी का भूत ऐसा चढ़ा है कि खाना खाने का भी वक्त नहीं है उसके पास और न ही माँ से मिलने का टैम*

'दादी ! तुम ठीक हो जाओ, हम दोनों आपके ही हाथ से खाना खायेंगे .'

'और पढने कौन जाएगा ? तेरी माँ रहने देगी क्या तुमको ? '

'दादी ! अब हम नहीं जायेंगे यहीं रहकर पढेंगे .' दादी ने बच्चों को सीने से लगा लिया .

नर्स ने इस इलाज  को कभी पढ़ा ही नहीं था जीवन में

अनोखी दवाई थी अपनों का साथ हिल मिल कर रहने की

दादी ने नर्स को कहा:-

आज के डॉक्टर और नर्स क्या जाने की भारत के लोग 100 साल तक निरोगी कैसे रहते थे।

छोटासा गांव सुविधा कोई नही
हर घर मे गाय
खेत के काम
कुंए से पानी लाना
मसाले कूटना, अनाज दलना
दही बिलोना मख्खन निकलना

एक घर मे कमसे कम 20 से 25 लोगों का खाना बनाना कपड़े धोना, कोई मिक्सी नही, नाही वॉशिंग मशीन या कुकर
फिर भी जीवन मे कोई रोग नही
मरते दिन तक चश्मे नही और दांत भी सलामत
ये सभी केवल परिवार का प्यार मिलने से होता था।
नर्स तो यह सुनकर हैरान रह गई और दादी दूसरे दिन ठीक हो गई।

Physical activity of a student give him a chance to become very strong and full of energy in his future life. If a student is time to play in his school time he proves his success in every aspect of life just like study as well as games. Physical education gives students to prove their ability in his life for better working person. We must consider why physical education is essential for students physical and mentally development. When students is very active in games and sports he takes interest in his every activity of surroundings and become very energetic in every way. Teacher should always think about the Welfare of students and make them very strong for facing the challenges of life in future. Games and sports give very great chances to student for becoming a very study and challenging person for a good successful life.

Yoga must be mandatory for school children

Yoga enhances the ability of a student in study as well as mentally. Yoga brings very great changes in the students life and they become very intelligent than other students they have good learning power and good stamina to face any challenge of life in future. Yoga is very famous among students because they find everything in Yoga including exercise and entertainment when they do physical exercise they become more active and energetic in their lives they always pay attention to achieve new things in their life. The study of history means you are studying about the events of past life of human beings. We find many Historical events which are very fresh in the mind of people like World War first ,World War II, cold war between USA and Russia. In Indian history there is a significant role of yoga and meditation, in earlier time in Guruji Ashram students got every kind of education by doing meditation and yoga. Such  Ashram worked like hostels for boys and girls where they got every kind of education. India lost its position and become weak and wreckage country due to forgetting it's past.
